Collection and processing of data
Every website access of and file retrieval through our website is logged and stored for internal system-related and statistical purposes.

Online application
The personal data you provide will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of considering a potential employment relationship in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act.
The provision of your personal data is necessary for the processing of the application process, for travel expense accounting, and for our consideration of a potential employment relationship. If you do not provide us with this information, we will unfortunately not be able to consider you in the selection process to fill advertised positions.
No automated decision-making processes will be carried out.

We will only process the personal data you provide for application process purposes. All data transmitted to us through the online application form is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Your personal data will not be passed on to external third parties. If operationally necessary, external service providers are integrated as order processors (Art. 28 GDPR) in compliance with data protection regulations. Your documents may be forwarded to the responsible contact person in the department for which the application is intended for evaluation purposes.

We do not currently transfer personal data provided by you to a third country or to an international organization, nor do we plan to do so in the future.

We store application materials for the duration of the application process and for three months thereafter in order to answer any questions you may have. After this period, all materials are deleted.

Documents sent by post will be returned or destroyed after three months.

We will only store your data beyond this period with your express written consent, so that we can inform you of job offers within our company that may be of interest to you.

Google Analytics

In the context of order processing, acondas GmbH transfers personal (consent) data to Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlingerstr. 7, 80331 Munich, Germany, for processing. Consent data includes: date and time of the visit or consent / refusal, device information. The purpose of data processing is to fulfil the legal obligation to provide proof of consent as per Art. 7 (1) GDPR and to document such consent as per Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. It is possible that personal data will be transmitted to Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in the course of using this service.

Font Awesome
Our website uses “Font Awesome” web fonts to ensure uniform display of fonts. These are integrated via the provider BootstrapCDN, which belongs to the company MaxCDN, LLC (3575 Cahuenga Blvd. West, Suite 330, Los Angeles, CA 90068, USA). To enable Font Awesome font display, our website connects directly to the MaxCDN servers when it is visited and MaxCDN transmits the fonts directly to your browser, which then integrates them into the website. Using Font Awesome requires information about the use of our website, including visitors’ IP addresses, to be transmitted to and stored on a MaxCDN server in the USA.

Google reCAPTCHA
This website uses the Google reCAPTCHA service, operated by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; hereinafter: “Google”), which protects the website from spam and abuse.
The reCAPTCHA service aims to prevent automated software from taking harmful actions on the website by checking whether input originates from a natural person.
For verification purposes, data such as the address of the page on which the captcha is used, the IP address of the user, the input behavior of the user (e.g. answering the reCAPTCHA question, input speed in the form fields, the order of selection of the input fields, etc.) as well as browser, browser size and resolution, browser plug-ins, date, language setting, the display instructions (CSS) and scripts (JavaScript) of the website and the mouse or touch events within the website are collected and processed.
