The role of a manager in a project is complex. In everyday project work, new challenges and situations constantly arise that require different competencies.
Our “Leadership in Projects” training gives you an overview of the different leadership roles, shows you methods for motivating your employees and dealing with conflict situations. You will learn to reflect on your own leadership style and to adapt it to the situation. The training content is taught and practiced using concrete project examples, and the findings are reflected on in the group. The training is also based on a lively exchange of experiences between the participants and the highly experienced acondas trainers.
