We work for large corporations and some medium-sized companies in diverse industries. Our primary customers include market leaders in the energy, chemical and life science industries. In addition, our partners from industries spanning retail, publishing, logistics, air traffic and steel trust the competence of acondas. We support a wide range of projects, such as constructing offshore windparks, process optimization for a book publishing house, digitalization programs in the life science industry and post-merger integrations in the chemical industry.

As a project partner, we take of specific project tasks and work closely with the functional units (e.g. corporate development, organizational development, human resource, controlling, accounting, finance, M&A, legal, compliance). As required and on behest of our customers, we also provide trainings in essential project management competences.

As experts in strategy implementation, we have supported and successfully implemented a wide range of strategy projects. For example, we supported the implementation of a digitization strategy in the research and development area of a life science group, optimized the processes in the human resources area of an energy supplier and accompanied the post-merger integration in a chemicals Group. In the following, we present six exciting projects from our three consulting fields of transaction, transformation and value enhancement, where we provided significant implementation support in recent years.
