The employees and their know-how are the most important asset of any management consultancy. Industry-specific expertise, creativity in the development of viable strategies for the future and experience in implementing them determine the success at the client. The systematic development of these skills is therefore an integral part of the corporate culture at acondas and a logical consequence of the four core values that we have developed together, and which determine our daily project work.

Developing our employees is a continuous process. Our consultants define their personal development goals, we support them in their realization. The focus is on the transfer of knowledge in the implementation of new concepts in companies. The highly developed implementation competency is one of our unique features. This ability gives us a competitive edge over other management consultancies.

Our consultants benefit from experienced mentors with whom they regularly exchange experiences. The mentor provides assistance in identifying personal development potentials. Feedback from customers, colleagues and superiors is the basis for developing an individual approach to the realization of personal career goals together with the consultant.

Extensive training programm

Our most important tool for employee development is our training center in Berlin, the acondas_learning lab_berlin. Every acondas consultant undergoes a training program consisting of 18 building blocks as part of his individual career planning. Methodological competencies are taught in project and change management, communication and personality development. We also offer a part of these trainings to our customers in open and closed formats. All trainings follow the principle of experience-based learning.

Individual training

The training program can be supplemented by voluntary, individual training measures. Our consultants decide for themselves what these measures should be. For example, individually organized e-learnings, peer-learning formats or certifications are possible. The supported certifications include the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or the Project Management Professional (PMP). Our consultants decide for themselves on how to continue their development – according to their personal interests and specialization requirements.

In addition to the daily life of the project, further development is a challenge that requires a high level of self-motivation. We support our consultants – not only financially, but also for example by allowing some extra time to prepare for tests.
