Celebration “5 years acondas” with swim icon Michael Groß in Düsseldorf
On September 8 we celebrated our 5th Anniversary with many business partners and friends in the Düsseldorf Media Harbor.
The two acondas founders and Managing Directors Jörg Fengler and Andreas Florissen kicked off the event with some highlights from acondas’ five years of history, including examples of project work, the acondas team and the successful market positioning. The founders emphasized the spectrum of change topics which acondas is covering in various client projects.
The following keynote speech by Michael Groß, the former multi Olympic, World and European Champion in swimming, picked up the topic of Change Management. After his career as professional swimmer, he founded his own consultancy. In his speech, Michael Groß illustrated how Change Managers in companies can enable change.
The guests were enthusiastic about Michael’s speech. Many of them could reflect his insights with their own experience from change initiatives and gain new insights.
The speech led over to the informal part of the evening. In an impressive setting high above the rooftops of the Düsseldorf Media Harbor, there were plenty opportunities for personal networking. All guests agreed that it was a perfect evening. Many of them are already looking forward to acondas’ next – the 10th – anniversary.
