During my dual studies at an international chemical trading company, I grew increasingly enthusiastic about digital transformation topics and wanted to continue working in this field after graduation. I was drawn to start a career at acondas by the diversity of project topics and industries as well as the internationality of acondas' clients.


acondas’ values have been present for me in almost every situation since my first day. The steep personal learning curve right from the start reflects the value "continous development". At acondas, I can always develop myself further through the numerous internal training courses, especially in project and change management, and in individual ways as well. I also learn from my more experienced colleagues every day and am exposed to various topics as my project assignment change. At acondas, I sense the value of "freedom" in that I work independently, add value, and carry individual responsibility in projects. The strong feedback culture in every direction ensures "openness", which makes it very enjoyable to work in a team. At acondas, strong "cohesion" is achieved through internal and agile work on exciting topics related to sustainability and innovation, with enables each person to drive acondas forward. Stimulating and exciting events provide insight into the work of others and strengthen the connection among colleagues, who are there to lend a hand in any situation. Above all, working at acondas is more than just a steep learning curve, because it is also a lot of fun.


By encouraging me to complete my MS degree in management at the Leipzig Graduate School of Management alongside my work, acondas also supported my theoretical development and gave me access to state-of-the-art management insights, especially in strategic and transformation management.

Qualification

Henry has been supporting the acondas team as a Business Analyst since October 2019.


He completed his BS degree in business administration with a focus on finance at the Hamburg School of Business Administration. He spent the practical phases of his dual studies in various departments of a globally active chemical marketing company, where he also completed his training in wholesale and export trade.


The focus of his practical experience was in international chemical product management and in project management in strategy and business model development and digital transformation.
