The turn of the year is a good time to review the year coming to a close and look ahead to the coming year.

 

We look back at an eventful and successful year in 2016. Some of the highlights include:

January: We started 2016 with a strong consulting team supporting a broad range of implementation projects.

February: Our new webpage went online, bringing us up-to-date in this digital age.

March: We expanded our digital footprint in social media by introducing an acondas YouTube channel, by extending our company profiles in XINGkununu, and LinkedIn and by posting our job profiles on Stepstone and Monster.de.

April: acondas received the cardea audited performance (cap) quality certification for outstanding consulting services.

May: Eight acondas consultants attended a train-the-trainer program to become management trainers. They now support our client and internal trainings as faculty members.

June: We conducted our 30th client training and our 20th acondas internal training. The acondas training program covers project management, problem solving, communication, corporate organization and leadership.

July: The entire acondas team attended a Change (Management) seminar at the renowned European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin. We learned how to actively drive and support change initiatives and which instruments to use.

August: acondas received the renowned seal of quality «cs accredited» for its consulting services. The seal is awarded by the procurement portal for consulting services “consulting searcher”.

September: We celebrated our 5th anniversary with 80 business partners and friends as well as our keynote speaker Michael Groß in the Düsseldorf Media Harbor.

October: In addition to the outstanding overall rating “TOP COMPANY“, acondas was honored with the certificate ”OPEN COMPANY“ by the employer-rating platform kununu. This certificate rewards companies with a high willingness to engage in dialogue with employees, maintain an open feedback culture and ensure transparency.

November: We are now serving our clients across a wide spectrum of implementation topics, including reorganization, carve-out, post-merger integration, digitization and innovation.

December: The entire acondas team convened in Hamburg for a strategy meeting. During the meeting, several initiatives were introduced, such as the acondas value system. At the acondas Christmas party, we celebrated our achievements with present and former colleagues.

What will 2017 bring?

With a team that has grown by 10% since last January, we have a strong foundation for further growth.

In our consulting work, we remain dedicated to supporting our clients in complex implementation projects in a collaborative approach. We plan to further extend our service portfolio, tackle new project topics, extend our training program and provide additional new services for our clients. You are in for a surprise!

We wish our clients, business partners and employees a happy and successful new year 2017. We are very much looking forward to the year to come!
