Director

Stefan Gloggner

I have had great moments in many areas during my time at acondas. There are some projects where you see the successes you have achieved after working hard. For example, I was able to support the construction of an offshore wind farm that is now successfully producing sustainable energy. Within acondas, too, there are a variety of opportunities for each of us to get involved. It’s great to see how you can help shape a company over the years and how your own initiatives move the team forward.

Every employee has different strengths and needs. These need to be recognized to achieve optimal results in the project work and at the same time to promote colleagues individually. Exchanging with colleagues regularly, whether in daily work or in one-one-one conversations, is a mandatory prerequisite for this. With digital forms of work, virtual collaboration has become much more important in recent years. New technology and innovative formats continue to enable close and personal exchange.

Getting a clear head, for example by doing sports. When I’m on the road on project assignments, I always have running shoes in my suitcase. At home south of Munich, depending on the season, cross-country skis for the night trail or the racing bike are also a good choice. For the quieter evenings, I like to watch a good series on Netflix or listen to an interesting podcast.

I have been accompanying acondas right from the start. I have always discovered and taken many opportunities to advance the development of the company with my own ideas. This is especially true in our customer projects, in which in addition to organizational development the topic of digitalization has become increasingly important. We support clients from various industries and business areas on these topics. The resulting innovative solutions never cease to inspire me, week for week.

And the best thing is: we don’t hoard the knowledge we learn in such projects for ourselves. Our values of development, team spirit, openness and freedom are more than just empty words. acondas, with its agile organization, communities of practice and many other opportunities, offers me the chance to help shape our company every day – in my office in Munich, as well as in our entire team.

Stefan has been part of acondas since 2011. As a Director, he is responsible for the area of digitalization. As head of the Munich office, he is the first point of contact for our clients in the surrounding area.

Stefan has an MA degree in management consulting and is a trained industrial manager. This gives him comprehensive insights into corporate contexts and development potential. At acondas, he has accompanied diverse projects, such as in the areas of change management, business development and market and competition analysis. Digitalization has been a core focus of Stefan’s work – from digital marketing to process optimization, from developing a suitable micro-service architecture to implementing an effective operating model. Training courses supported by acondas, such as Professional Scrum Master certification, provide the optimal basis for his project work.

Stefan has more than 11 years of project and management experience in line functions and projects. As an experienced management trainer, Stefan develops training concepts and leads trainings for our clients and acondas employees.
