I was particularly impressed by the clear focus on practical strategy implementation – implementing strategies and projects together with clients to help companies achieve their goals. Another big advantage for me compared to the industry is the opportunity to work in different sectors and subject areas. This allows me to constantly gain new perspectives and tackle exciting challenges.
What I value most is the open and supportive cooperation in our motivated team. New perspectives and ideas are always welcome, which makes the work very inspiring. I also find the variety and diversity of the projects exciting – you are constantly learning and can use your knowledge in new projects to create real added value for customers.
In my free time, I like to travel, meet friends, go jogging and cook.
I’ve been part of acondas since January 2024. Before that, I worked in industry – a rather unusual change. But the variety of projects in different sectors, the high level of methodological expertise and the great team convinced me. I find it particularly exciting to see how companies in different sectors approach challenges differently. The topic of sustainability is also becoming increasingly important. With the integration into Ramboll Management Consulting, I am looking forward to making my contribution to further establishing ourselves as a “Partner for Sustainable Change” in Germany.
Melissa is a Senior Consultant at acondas. She studied International Business with a focus on International Business Strategy and Supply Chain and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Project Management in Operations Management at ESB Reutlingen. Before joining acondas, she worked for several years in the electronics industry as a project and program manager, particularly in the areas of sustainability, supply chain management and purchasing.
