Janina Kleinloh

As a leading German consultancy for strategy implementation, acondas attracted me with its exciting mix of project and change management in different industries. The diverse project assignments offer a dynamic, varied environment and allow you to take on responsibility at an early stage.

The close cooperation with clients – at the top management and the working level – which is provided through the focus on implementation projects and offers deep insights into the respective companies, also contributed to my decision to join acondas.

At acondas, both are possible: working for DAX corporations and at the same time a family atmosphere with strong team cohesion and a lot of internal creative freedom.

My typical morning at acondas starts with a cappuccino and the first glance at my e-mail inbox. I get an overview of the upcoming meetings and plan time slots for the respective preparation and follow-up. Then I roughly structure the day by prioritizing the various tasks. Basically, however, hardly any day is the same as the next, as there are always ad hoc requests from the customer – flexibility and (re-)prioritization are always required here.

What I value most is the close team cohesion among colleagues. Whether in a customer project, in acondas’ internal project work, in the 360° feedback culture that we practice, or in training sessions – we always support each other and are there for each other with help and advice. In this way, we not only promote the further development of acondas, but also our personal development.

What has always inspired me on previous project assignments are the close customer relationships we build. We don’t see ourselves as “outsiders”, but as part of the team, helping them implement their strategy in the best and most sustainable way possible. This also promotes the acceptance of changes on the part of the employees and strengthens the trust in our work.

My private interests are as varied as our project assignments: When I’m not advising DAX-listed companies, you can find me either doing martial arts, at the ballet barre or on the theater stage.

Janina has been supporting the acondas team in Düsseldorf as a consultant since November 2021.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and Media Management at the University of Siegen. In her master’s degree in “Entrepreneurship & SME Management” at the University of Siegen, she focused on strategy implementation, business development and resilience.

She gained practical experience during her studies as a working student in a management consultancy and as the first chairwoman of a student consultancy in the areas of project management, marketing and business development.

At the same time, she completed the Young Professional Certificate in Systemic Consulting at the isb.
