I became aware of acondas through the brand eins management consultant ranking, in which acondas scored very well in the consulting field of sustainability – a topic that is very close to my heart. After I had a closer look at acondas, I was particularly attracted by the focus on strategy implementation and the energy sector and energy-intensive industries. The opportunity to turn strategic visions, often with a sustainability focus, into reality ultimately convinced me to join acondas.
On the way to work, I check my emails and my calendar on the train. Once I arrive at the office, I make myself a coffee and chat with my colleagues – because the increased volume of remote work makes it particularly important for me to interact with my colleagues. Afterwards, I take a look at my to-do list, add any new to-dos for the day and then prioritize the list. And then I jump straight into work.
What I really appreciate at acondas is the opportunity to take on responsibility after a very short time, even as a career starter, and to work independently on tasks and develop solutions. I really appreciate the trust placed in me by my superiors here at acondas right from the start. I also find the team spirit among colleagues and the working atmosphere very pleasant.
After a long day in front of the computer, jogging is a particularly good way for me to switch off and recover from the working day.
Hannes has been part of acondas at the Berlin office since October 2023.
Prior to that, he completed his Master’s degree in International Management / CEMS at the Prague University of Business and Economics. Through a consulting specialization in his Master’s degree and an internship, Hannes already had the opportunity to gain insights into the day-to-day work of a management consultant before starting his career at acondas, which he found very appealing.
At acondas, Hannes was able to gain in-depth insights into the energy sector through a strategy project with an energy producer.
