Senior Manager

Caroline Klüwer

Over the past ten years, I have had the privilege of supporting various clients in achieving their project goals. This variety, the experience I have gained and the knowledge I have gained make my work as a consultant special every day.

I can regularly supervise new projects and therefore constantly face new challenges. I am also proud to be part of such a dynamic and motivated team at acondas. I look forward to working with my colleagues every day and am thrilled by the creative solutions we come up with.
When I’m not implementing strategies at acondas, I’m developing new tools and methods for project and change management with my functional team. We focus on current issues faced by our colleagues at our customers in order to provide them with the best possible support in their day-to-day project work.
I joined acondas in 2011, the year the company was founded. The thing that really convinced me to join the team was how professionally the firm was managed. Looking back, my decision was perfectly right for many reasons. Right from the very beginning, I was given the opportunity to work on challenging problems and as part of a dynamic, enthusiastic team. Since I started, I have already co-designed ten operational and strategic projects in international environments, including large-scale projects in chemicals, energy and pharmaceutical companies, with a wide focal scope ranging from efficiency to restructuring, marketing and digitization. Now that I am more senior, I have grown into the role of supporting and guiding more junior colleagues.
My initial expectations have been more than fulfilled. The highly diverse work and the chance to support my less experienced colleagues ensure that I can have an impact. I am happy to be part of our innovative and highly motivated team at acondas.
Caroline joined our team in August, 2011 as a Project Consultant.
While studying business administration, she gained practical experience in several companies.
She gained deep insights into the consumer goods industry (FMCG), in product management as well as in the tourism industry (sales policy) with an overall focus on business models in international environments. Caroline sharpened her international focus in the U.S., where she improved her language and intercultural skills. After earning her degree (Diplom-Kauffrau), Caroline started her career as a Project Consultant at acondas and has since been promoted to Senior Project Manager.

My initial expectations at acondas have been more than fulfilled.
