Senior Manager

Annika Hartmann

Our team, which stands for cohesion, openness, and fun! I particularly enjoy working together to develop project plans, change stories, and implementing them with great people. The events where we all come together at one of our locations are fixed in my calendar

Throughout my journey at acondas, I have always been encouraged to make my own decisions and take over responsibility. As a Senior Manager, I now have the opportunity to pass these values on to my colleagues and support them in their development. This is also reflected in my project work: when implementing projects, we always work in integrated teams consisting of consultants and clients. Every team member contributes to the successful completion of the project.

In my career so far, I have discovered my passion for project and change management. My experience has shown that the successful implementation of projects also depends on good, people-oriented communication. I can bring these insights to acondas, share them, and continue to develop myself in new, relevant topics. The ability to combine corporate-specific and personal development, especially regarding change management, is a core aspect of acondas for me.

In my free time, I spend a lot of time with my friends and enjoy good food or a book on my own. I can relax best when hiking in nature – preferably in the forest or in the mountains.

Annika has been part of acondas since 2020. Her expertise lies in project and change management in transformations as well as in enabling organizations. As lead of our internal Functional Team HR, she is also responsible for developing and simplifying our HR-relevant processes such as onboarding and development. As a trainer, she develops new training programs and conduct i.e., the change management training for colleagues.

Before joining acondas, she gained more than eight years of experience in various national and international HR roles in the automotive industry. She was responsible for building a strategic, globally aligned personnel development function as well as a new unit for strategic organizational development. As Head of Organizational Development, she supported the implementation of a new structural and procedural organization and accompanied various projects, including IT implementations and personnel and organizational development projects.

Annika has completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business psychology with a focus on personnel development and change management with distinction while working. She also is certified in systemic consulting.
