It highlights the importance of the strategy implementation phase and the added value we deliver to customers through our deep understanding of strategy and organization. Strategy implementation is a continuous change process in which communication, employee empowerment and motivation, and cultural embedding are crucial. In addition to our technical and methodological expertise, it is the empathy, pragmatism and individuality of our consultants that make the difference in the day-to-day project work of our clients’ implementation teams.
