We are a team of 40 implementation consultants with diverse project experience, who embrace new challenges. Curiosity, quick perception and empathy characterize us. For us, solidarity and open interaction in the team are fundamental requirements for perfect cooperation and a lived team spirit. We give each other mutual trust and the freedom to advance our own ideas.

Each of us has a background in business in form of a business degree and partialy an additional apprenticeship. We work across industries and functions and have a high degree of mastery of project and change management tools. We also have years of professional experience in management consulting or in a commercial functional area.

Our values give color to our workaday life

At acondas, four basic values constitute the guide rails for our daily work. These values were developed with the intensive involvement of all employees and are the key to ensuring a positive work environment and sustainable company success.

Development

We are curious and value the variety and challenges that our careers as implementation consultants offer. We actively support our colleagues in their development through knowledge exchange, intensive mentoring, individual training measures and clear perspectives.

Freedom

We expect a high level of performance from ourselves and show great trust in each other to develop things independently, to drive them forward and to make them happen. We are open for new ideas and don’t get lost in concepts, but rather implement ideas pragmatically and courageously.

Openness

We promote honest exchange with each other and cultivate an open feedback culture. This is a prerequisite for our further development and for achieving the best possible results because communication and information are the basis of our daily work. We respect the opinions of others, listen to each other and openly address the need for communication.
